At PHASE we have a passion for doing things well.

Corinne Bridgeman

I’m an experienced CFO and CEO with a background in leading and transforming founder-led and private-equity-backed businesses through periods of growth, change and transition.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across healthcare, digital marketplaces, automotive services and investment portfolios, helping businesses strengthen financial control, improve operational performance and prepare for successful investment or exit.

I specialise in bringing clarity to complex situations, identifying financial and operational risks early, improving reporting and governance, and supporting leadership teams to make confident, informed decisions.

Having worked closely with both founders and investors, I understand the pressures on both sides and how to balance commercial ambition with financial discipline and sustainable operations.

I now work on a fractional basis through PHASE, partnering with a small number of businesses at a time to provide senior financial and operational leadership, without the need for a full-time executive hire.

How I work

I work alongside founders and leadership teams, not over them.

My role is to bring clarity, structure and perspective at moments when businesses are growing, changing or feeling stretched. I focus on understanding what’s really happening in the business, helping leaders cut through noise, and supporting confident decision-making.

I’m practical, collaborative and commercially grounded. I don’t arrive with rigid frameworks or generic solutions, instead, I take time to understand each business, its people and its priorities, then help translate ambition into clear, achievable action.

I typically work with a small number of clients at any one time, allowing me to be properly embedded while remaining flexible. The aim is always to add value quickly, build trust, and support sustainable progress, whether that’s strengthening financial visibility, improving execution, or guiding the business through its next phase.
